Ordering, invoicing and shipping
How do I pay for an order?
All orders are paid by invoice. There’s no payment at checkout: place your order, we confirm it, then email you an invoice.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. Request a quote with the products and quantities you need, and we’ll reply within 1 business day. You can also call 844-664-2760.
Do you offer bulk or recurring orders?
Yes. Programs and organizations can request a quote for larger or regular orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada and to the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

What services does HRS offer besides supplies?
Four services for organizations: biohazard disposal, public spaces sharps collection, product destruction, and RPRA registration support. Book a consultation to discuss what your organization needs.
What is biohazard disposal?
Safe collection and disposal of sharps and biomedical waste for organizations.
What is the Public Spaces service?
Sharps collection solutions for parks, washrooms and other community spaces, such as needle drop boxes and wall brackets.
What is product destruction?
Secure destruction of products that can no longer be used, such as expired or recalled supplies.
What is RPRA registration?
The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) is Ontario’s regulator for producer responsibility and waste rules. Some businesses that supply certain products in Ontario must register with it and report each year. HRS offers registration support; contact us to find out if it applies to you.
